Do you feel confused and do not understand what it means? Typhoenix would like to introduce the numbering rules of Chinese connector shells to help you quickly find the products you need. In fact, this rule applies not only used for connectors, but also to all plastic parts.

● Pin Number Code
The Pin number is filled in the actual Number of Positions. For example, 01 represents a 1 Pin connector, and 35 represents a 35 Pin connector.
● Design Serial Number
When the same number of position and the same specification (Mating Tab Width) appears, upgrade this number to distinguish the different types of the connectors. As shown in the following picture:
● Deformation Code
Under the condition that the main electrical parameters and basic structure of the product remain are same, it shall be represented by uppercase letters A, B, C or other letters. See picture:
● Specification Code
It indicates the specification series of the connector, which is represented by the Mating Tab width (mm) of the connector housing. For example, our connector sheath is divided into the following small categories according to different specification:

2. How to Use These Rules
After understanding the above numbering rules, we can:
1. see a connector model, you can determine the basic technical parameters.
For example: DJ7011-6.3-21
This No. indicates that it is a Flat Female electric socket with 1 pin and the Mating Tab width is 6.3mm.2. When souring the Connector sheath, possible models can be deduced according to the required technical parameters.
For example, you need to find a 4 Pin electric male plug used in the lighting system, and the Mating Tab width is 1.8mm, then the possible model of this product is DJD704 *-1.8-11.
