1. Procurement & Stores

3. Hand Sealing & Sleeving

According to the needs of Wire NO., waterproof seals or PVC sleeving shall be added according to the requirements of the Process Card.

4. Terminal Crimping

Crimp terminals at one or both ends of the wire according to the wire number requirements of the Process Card.

5. Splicing& Welding

Splice the relevant wires according to the requirements of the process card and wrap the tapes.

6. Heat Shrinking

Sleeve the double wall heat shrinkable tubing in the middle of the weld point according to the requirements of the Process Card and heat it with a heating gun to shrink.

7. Pre-loading

Relevant wire numbers shall be installed in small groups according to the requirements of the Process Card.

Hang the wire on the Assembly Board and install the connectors according to the process requirements; Wrap the wire with adhesive tape and install corrugated pipes, PVC pipes, ties, clips and other accessories outside the harness as required.

9. Testing

Test whether the harness is open circuit, short circuit, etc.

10. Inspection

Check whether the size, branch and appearance of the assembled harness meet the requirements and then install accessories(fuses) on the qualified wire harness.

11. Packaging & Dispatch

Packaging and dispatching qualified finished wire harness.
